How to Make Blueberry Brie Jalapeño Poppers
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and carefully remove the seeds.
  3. Arrange the jalapeño halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Place a cube of brie in each cavity.
  4. Spoon a small amount of blueberry preserves or a few fresh blueberries over each brie-filled jalapeño.
  5. Drizzle lightly with honey. If desired, sprinkle with nuts, lemon zest, and sea salt.
