  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt a must for adding depth and flavor to your skillet meal.
  • 15 oz Tomato sauce provides a juicy, tangy element that ties everything together.
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup adds a hint of sweetness, reminiscent of traditional cheeseburgers.
  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard gives a zesty kick for that classic burger taste.
  • 1 cup Minute rice quick-cooking and soaks up all the delicious flavors.
  • 1 cup Beef broth ensures the rice stays moist and flavorful during cooking.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon, chopped for that extra crunch and smoky flavor boost.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded melts beautifully, adding creaminess to your dish.

Equipment

  • Large skillet

Method

How to Make
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and diced onions. Cook until the beef is thoroughly browned and no pink is visible, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly until fragrant. Drain off any excess grease, then season the mixture with seasoned salt.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, minute rice, and beef broth to the skillet. Stir well to combine and bring the mixture to a light simmer for 2-3 minutes until the broth is mostly absorbed.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of chopped bacon crumbles until well incorporated into the rice mixture.
  5. Top your skillet with the remaining cheese and crispy bacon. Cover the skillet, allowing the steam to help melt the cheese for about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and dish out the delicious Bacon Cheeseburger Rice Skillet. Enjoy every comforting bite with your loved ones!
