How to Make
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and diced onions. Cook until the beef is thoroughly browned and no pink is visible, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly until fragrant. Drain off any excess grease, then season the mixture with seasoned salt.
- Add the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, minute rice, and beef broth to the skillet. Stir well to combine and bring the mixture to a light simmer for 2-3 minutes until the broth is mostly absorbed.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of chopped bacon crumbles until well incorporated into the rice mixture.
- Top your skillet with the remaining cheese and crispy bacon. Cover the skillet, allowing the steam to help melt the cheese for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and dish out the delicious Bacon Cheeseburger Rice Skillet. Enjoy every comforting bite with your loved ones!
